How does shipping work?

Our shipping charges include a handling charge and are based on the shipping provider's rates (i.e. U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS).  These rates are based on package weight, size and distance shipped.  Each order includes package insurance.  See "Refunds" below for instructions on filing a claim for any order that is damaged or lost in transit.  All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you offer refunds?

The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of all products, sold by us, for their specific use.  We assume no liability for any damage or injury resulting from the use of these products sold or supplied by our company.  All products, sold by us, are sold as-is with no refunds.  We are not responsible for shipper damage.  However, each order includes package insurance.  If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please send us an email so that we can forward you the appropriate information you will need to file a damage claim through the applicable shipper. 

Are your items always in stock?

We do our best to maintain online the most up-to-date inventory possible.  However, should you order an item that is out of stock, buyer will be notified by email.  Buyer must then exercise the option to either substitute the out of stock item for another item in stock or cancel their order.  Out of stock orders cancelled will be refunded within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
